There's a lot of freedom and flexibility in all aspects of the work, allowing an individual or a team to take a new idea from conception to execution quickly. Focus is always on the results, not micro-managing the process. Team is distributed allowing for some fun travel and the freedom to work from anywhere. There's also nice perks, like company retreats in Vegas.
