      Worked with a group of young people who have lots of creative ideas. Like the culture and value here.

      Cons

      Poor management. Top managers took advantage of international students. Be aware that it will make you do no-pay overtime.

      Pros

      Only pros, nice office building in Pasadena? Some coworkers are nice but not much good things say about this company.

      Cons

      Take advantage of H1b employees, very sad. Low pay. Bad management and a lot of favoritism. Worst benefits. Health insurance out of pocket very expensive and bad coverage only HMO available. Only 10 days vacation even you work here forever while coworkers in China have over 20 days paid national holidays. No growth, very long hours.
