Poor management from Managing Partners and HR; Staff concerns fall on deaf ears; Annual bonuses are pathetic and raises are not merit-based despite attorney reviews Training is almost non-existent for new hires - staff and attorneys have felt like they are on an island and set up to fail Promotion of unqualified staff
