Pros
flexible PTO, dog-friendly, snacks, can request additional equipment, free food sometimes, friendly people
Cons
they always say they are building their network "one relationship at a time" but didn't hesitate to slice over 10% of their workforce when covid hit. dont think anyone considered taking pay cuts. some folks had been there for over 10 years--family. not anymore when times got tough. the leadership is run by an aged frat club so don't expect lots of diversity or values. some things 5 older white guys won't get. even before covid they would lay ppl off suddenly.. not even the grace of an exit interview for them or any pandemic-unemployed people. shame. promotion track isnt good. recruiters/sourcers can accomplish the same growth for shorter time elsewhere and have left to do so. they forget about you sometimes. until you dont meet standards since other recruiters have monopoligzed clients.. then it's a cya never. work gets overloaded to those who didn't get sliced. leadership has no clue how to manage workload/prioritize needs. sure they are friendly but they have tons to improve on. this is more of a stepping stone. not the worst, but far from the best. keep looking if you can afford to. and if you take, dont have long-term expectations of staying there
