Horrible place to work - Anonymous employee DePauw Employee Review

President, board and leadership team has no clue and no touch with reality. No remote options, no pay increases for 3+ years. Hiring only single or childless people in seniority position. Blatant discrimination against people with families. No 46 in the country? Never would advise anyone to work here or send their kids to school. Their house of cards will collapse as people continue to leave and they treat phds like hourly workers.
