There is always work to do and it's always consistent. Once you get a feel of how the work flow goes, it will hardly ever change. The management staff do try their best for the employees, and do lots for them to celebrate milestones and accomplishments. There is a huge sense of camaraderie and friendliness among the employees, they're always willing to help out everyone else, regardless of their department or position.

There really isn't any room for growth. If you're hired on to a position, you should be prepared to stay in that position for as long as you are there. There was a period of time where there were many structural changes as to how the workflow went, and none of it worked and moreso harmed production rather than helped it, although that was not the case anymore before I left. The training for new employees is also incredibly bad, which was really just a brief overview on what was to be done with no real explanation, and then setting them up with a random employee who would have to coach them which would lead to them not being able to pay 100% attention to the machines. The company is also incredibly stingy with spending money on new machine parts and tools, which would lead to us having to use hastily repaired tools and machine parts.
