      Pros

      There are no pros other than they let me have garden leave instead of having to work my notice period.

      Cons

      Bullied rentlessly by my boss and the person above them. Constantly made sexist and racist remarks. I was treated differently to everyone else on my team and left out of important information. Also my team went through redundancies and then they immediately hired someone new without changing the job title or description. They do nothing but shady practices. HR do not care and will side with the bullies.

      Pros

      Amazing heritage, incredible industry and products.

      Cons

      All the re-structuring that eventually ended in the sale of the business really affected the morale.
