      Semi flexible company to work for.

      Cons

      Way underpaid for your skills. The more you do, the less they pay. When I left, they didn't even care. Parts were hard to get a hold of. They don't stand up for you. I would NEVER go back there.

      Very conservative, highly technical, long term promotions, competitive, dying industry

      Amazing heritage, incredible industry and products.

      Cons

      All the re-structuring that eventually ended in the sale of the business really affected the morale.
