Pros
One good aspect of DCR is that, as a smaller company, they are very non-corporate. Not a lot of red tape to deal with.
Cons
Most people I met despised working at DCR. Some of the managers have terrible attitudes, and will put down others to get ahead.
Even as a fill time, salaried employee you must log every hour you work as billable to a certain project. This somewhat comes with the territory, but seems outdated.
Pay is competitive for a smaller company but benefits were almost nonexistent - no 401k, pricey health insurance.
