Pros
- great atmosphere as a company & with really personal touch
- super flexible culture, from working hours, vacation, family priorities - its always very supportive ( with the exception of the customer support team has shifts, therefore less flexibility but still very open to accommodating them with their needs)
- high level of ownership & get stuff done, you own solutions and make the difference
- making a difference for the customers is always rewarding
Cons
- still a start-up after 10 years, and this has some growing pains in terms of structure and clarity
- very independent culture, the teams sometimes who won't have so much overlap do not get to interact if they are remotely
