      Lots of overtime ,decent epuiptment,pay is ok but should be better.not a whole lot of pros to speak of.week vacation after a year insurance available co pays some

      Cons

      Doesn’t care about drivers,often over weight,often over driving hours,hostile work environment in the shop I work in. Insurance is expensive

      poor raises management doesn't listen to employees when they bring up issues co-workers in department are rude, lack personality, don't know how to interact with others in a good personable way,
