Despite discussing my concerns with upper management, I was met with the expectation that long hours were necessary to meet deadlines. Limited Resources Insufficient resources hindered my ability to efficiently complete tasks, further exacerbating workload challenges. Management Support I felt undervalued and unsupported by management, who failed to provide meaningful solutions or acknowledge the unsustainable work pace. Compensation and Benefits Medical benefits were costly, and the compensation package did not adequately offset the expenses.
