They do not support remote work, Not a team attitude or culture, you will be doing all the work from "whiteboard to keyboard" Pre-sales, Project Management, Implementation, and post sale/project support. Management expects you to be able to handle whatever is thrown at you, and it's your problem if its to much or unrealistic.
