Pros
If you "pal around" with the owner and shop supervisor, you can may be employed for quite some time.
Cons
Owner has no idea how to run a business. Hires people then lays them off (or fires) in a matter of days, depending on how he feels at the time. Runs the company based on his personal feelings rather than what makes good business sense. Owner will not take advice that differs from his own ideas.
