Pros

I worked at the corporate office for several years. The company is in direct HIPAA violations in several different aspects. There are no pros to putting your career on the line. Simply put, avoid this company at all costs.

Cons

Horrible management, the company doesn’t pay its bills, sometimes employees don’t get paid, paychecks are shorted, there is zero job security as the management is always at a cut throat battle against each other, putting many jobs at risk, HIPAA violations run rampant throughout the entire organization. If you value your career and your quality of life, avoid this company.

Pros

Good therapy staff support. Worked hard to ensure that staff had jobs as divestitures occurred.

Cons

Salary could be better. Sad that they have now closed.

Pros

I was able to start this position with no prior knowledge. My direct manager was extremely helpful. I was not micromanaged, and was able to suggest changes that I thought need to be made. My team worked really well together.

Cons

Professional is not word I would use to describe this company. I have witnessed doors being slammed on multiple occasions, obscenities being screamed at people, and inappropriate behavior across the board. Those who care about employees have no ability to make changes, and those who can make changes don't care. Employees are allowed to stick around when they bring no benefit to the company. The company recently went through big changes, and people were brought in that were previous employees of the company. These changes have caused the majority of the corporate staff to have a lot of fear about whether or not they will have a job. They are also paying these people $1,000,000.00+ a year for their "services" when they can't afford to pay their bills or their staff. I have nothing but good things to say about the previous CEO, Mr. Rich. He was a little over the top for my personality, but he knew the job and he cared about his staff and residents. This company treats the staff at their facilities like crap. Benefits for corporate staff are expensive, and benefits for facility staff are non existent. The corporate office is like being back in high school again. Everyone gossips about each other, and it gets in the way of being productive.
