      I like my schedule, my manager works with me on my schedule.

      Cons

      We don't have to clock out for our breaks but we are still paid.

      Pros

      Christian community Flexible schedules Caring management Many of the management have worked there for years Full 8 hour shifts and paid lunch break.

      Cons

      The benefits are okay but could be a little better. There is no 401k or retirement plan. The turnover of caregivers is a a little high but that is true everywhere.
