      Work from home. Flexibility. Bonuses. Benefits. Staff is wonderful.

      Cons

      Management is inept, controlling, and unprofessional. High caseload and high expectations with low pay. Strict with having staff be in the office 2 days a week and newer staff 3 days week. No growth opportunities.
