I started working for the Day Auto Group over 15 years ago when I was hired as a salesperson. Through hard work, and training; I have since received many promotions and now run my own store. I feel the organization truly cares about individual success as I am proof of what hard work and dedication can provide. I sacrifice long hours away from my family, but I enjoy what I do and cannot imagine working for anyone else. The president, Debbie Campbell, runs a fine operation and I'm proud to represent her vision and beliefs.

Long hours, but time flies when you're having fun!

The automotive industry is full of time consuming jobs. I couldn't imagine working a 12 hour shift anywhere else. The atmosphere and staff create a lively workplace that motivates sales professionals to be all they can be. I started my career here and have nothing but praise for all of my superiors. The owner spends much of her time here and is very actively involved in figuring out the best process to create results. Her and the rest of the corporate team has sat in on several of our morning sales meetings, during which they ask extensive questions about how they can help us perform better. Changes that have been made can be seen everywhere: Starting with how the phone is answered, and extending to how customers are cared for in the service department. They truly give sales consultants the freedom and tools to handle their own business. Need to pick up a customer who doesn't have a car? No problem, here is a company car. New-age style of car sales that allows you to be fully transparent with customer's. Lying is unacceptable. An upfront and honest place to do business. Flexibility with schedule. Good performance earns more time off. Accepting to move around your weekday off as you need fit.
