Pros
There are good things at Dawn but few and far between. Some good people are still working in mid-management. A few good products remaining but not much other than that.
Cons
Dawn is like jumping in a time machine and going back 50 years when white men were the only ones to lead. Dawn does NOT value women. Dawn does not accept diversity of any kind. Dawn is not inclusive. If you are gay forget about working here. Dawn is a very conservative and Christian company. Miserable place to work with a bad culture and really bad people leading the company. Sorry to say but not anything good this place. Recently lost several great people because of diversity. I will not stay at Dawn and am actively looking. I suspect many more will follow. Don't work here. Really don't work here.
