Good opportunity to grads to get quick exposure to account management.
Cons
No training, expect new employees (grads) to figure everything out for themselves. There is no company culture, it is a strange environment to work in. No opportunity for growth. Expectations are high here, but there are no strategies in place to support employees and to allow them the thrive. Staff turnover is EXTREMELY high - which is a reflection of the company culture and their lack of support
