Cons
The CEO, board of directors, and upper management are not operating on a level of professionalism and integrity. Nepotism and Cronyism runs ramped in the organization. Because of the politics of the organization, there is a lot of turnover. There is no accountability for upper management. The CEO will reprimand employees based on personality likes and dislikes and nothing substantial. The board of directors have no power to implement the necessary change in management, because the CEO would just replace them. The CEO covers up a lot of facts from the board when it comes to employee issues and turnover. The board of directors are ineffective! The burn out of employees were real. They worked you to midnight and don't give you the tools to be successful, then blame you when the circumstances prevent you from being successful.
