Not bad - Security Guard Davis Security Services Employee Review

Davis Security have some of the best employees and very reasonable on prices.

There are really no cons except the area is in south LA.

The schedule was good (weekend only), not really much to deal with.

Unprofessional owner, and manger. This place had no formal structure, you didn't really know who the superior was other than the actual owner, and everyone their wanted to be the boss. Staff was very unsatisfied, mainly because the employees there didn't look out for each other or communicate properly or effectively, and nor did they stick with the basic's such as at least show up on time or at all for their assigned shifts. It was as you were being paid under the table because they always messed up the pay/hours. When they fix it, you were paid with a money order or cash which means taxes weren't done properly. The whole setup seemed sketchy.
