Pros
I get to work with good people who respect each other and care about helping others. There are good opportunities for advancement of skills and knowledge. Work schedules are flexible and I really appreciate that. Activities focus on wellness and service in the community. The main office in Tempe is in a beautiful location with access to the lake, walking/bike paths, gym and plenty of eating options.
Cons
Traffic to and from the office can be an issue when there are special events at Tempe Town Lake or ASU.
