Cautious - Anonymous employee Davis Health System Employee Review

Facility not governed or overseen by JACHO so it is off the guidelines set and adhered to by EVERYONE else... would rather pay travel staff double wages then pay their OWN employees what they are worth and are losing staff at an alarming rate... health insurance is awful, Davis is provided BCBS and Broaddus uses a "Benefit Assistance Corp" out of Huntinton that is very hard to deal with and unless you reside in this community and see dr's here, they will not pay (little if at all)
