Extreme below average market salaries, despite the millions the company makes. Everyone from radio hosts to sales teams to managers are being paid extremely poorly. Most are living check to check. Company hasn't changed salary structure to be competitive with the current market average base pay in decades. Management is extremely unprofessional and never on the same page. This mainly pertains to Sales Manager and General Manager which so happens to be owner's daughter. Sales Manager dress is un-professional, not business attire 80% of the time. Claim to be for the community but never participates in other business events. No one is held accountable for their positions and if you need someone to do something for you which is their responsibility, you have to go behind them to ensure it gets done, taking away from your responsibilities.
