Pros
The company is fantastic. It takes excellent care of employees and goes the extra mile. The agency saved my life when I was a client there 17 years ago. The company has a strict policy and culture that affirms and supports all identities. It does not matter if you are a minority or part of a majority; you are welcome and valued at DBH. I am a minority, and have always had my differences supported. Often, people on these sites are disgruntled and have difficulty accepting they could have performed better and use the platform to blame others or had a difficult interaction with one person that shouldn't be generalized to a company. Most people who complain about admin or management can't even name who those people are. The work in behavioral health can be hard; we work with people who are in difficult life circumstances. I find that work an hour, but not everyone can handle it. If you are looking for a job where you don't have to put a lot of effort in and collect a paycheck, there are other options.

No car chargers to plug in my EV. Not really a complaint, but I had to put something.
