management and owner would be little you in front of customers and other employees. management would also cuss out customers become argumenative. no matter how much you tried it was always glummy. boss would have to do all exchanges and refunds and you would be schooled like it was your fault that the idem was returned. i loved that type of job but couldnt handle the abuse.
