If you care about your mental health avoid here. I urge you to apply for ANYWHERE else. The pay is awful especially when working unsocial hours including minimum wage working Christmas Day! Good luck trying to book any annual leave they pretty much will never let you have it off leaving you at the end of the year with loads of unused holiday days that they won’t even reimburse you for or let you carry them over. Management have a god like mentality and can be so toxic. Good luck with the sexual harassment too, nothing will be resolved with hr if you get assaulted or sexually harassed multiple times. Also the high management will always keep you on your toes by introducing ‘exciting new changes’ which will increase there profits but increase your work load with no extra pay or even recognition.
