Pros
I love working at Davidson Auto Group for many reasons. Everybody is like a huge family, doesn’t matter what store. I work besides a respectable group of people who like to come into work. I feel appreciated, which is why I work hard & go above and beyond. I don’t mind picking up the slack of others because i know if I’m slacking, that they would do the same for me that day. We are a great team.
Cons
I don’t think i have many cons. The only cons i can think of really have little to do with the current environment of the company. I think the only cons would be prior customers who have had a bad experience that come in and have a wall up because of their bad experience. I like to turn that around for them though. I love to hear “I’m glad i did business with you and gave Davidsons another chance” i like to satisfy all of my customers but those are the hardest to do. Besides being low on staff, i don’t think i have any other con.
