An aggressive Environment where bullying is common place - Anonymous employee David Zwirner Employee Review

The environment was extremely aggressive. The juniors and interns are regularly shouted at and treated appallingly (extremely low pay!). The sales directors are frequently treated as gods within the company and there is a hierarchical structure to whole company while sales assistants assert their presence by demeaning others and a general air of arrogance. The whole system seems to pit one against the other which works people into the ground and damages their mental health.
