Pros

Steady paycheck, great benefits, great peers to work with. If you really want to work in residential construction in Austin for a private company, this is probably the best.

Cons

Not a place to go to move up in the company. It's a good ol' boy management team that requires brown nosing and 'politicing' your way around. Upper management does not listen to their employees' feedback and is afraid to move in to the 21st century and away from their antiquated systems and processes. They are afraid of candor and you'll get reprimanded if you speak your mind. There is so much emphasis on the customer satisfaction survey at the end of the job which creates an incredible amount of anxiety for the team member. Employees are not treated equally and the company is full of double standards. The company buys its way into winning awards like "Builder of the Year".

Pros

Great culture + great living. Team puts people first. Uncapped income potential. Challenging work opportunities and high expectations.

Cons

It’s a lot of hard work. Sometimes being overly flexible for customers because of surveys. Working the weekends.

Pros

Company culture and Income Potential for the sales role

Cons

This isn't DWH specific, but work/life balance is the hardest part about sales.
