      Great starting salary Great environment to work in Attorneys were very nice

      No mentorship from attorneys to paralegals Paralegals did almost all of the job

      Pros

      Great co-workers where you build long lasting relationships. The office was flexible with working hours if needed. If you were a file clerk there was room for growth.

      Cons

      extremely long hours where mgt didn't care about the quality of your work as long as it gets done. They overworked their employees where people had too work extremely long hours and weekends. Very limited room for growth if you were a paralegal.
