The money can be good, depending on shifts/section.

Cons

The management was horrible, absolutely no leadership or organization. The chefs were downright abusive. Every shift was stressful and there were so many issues that could have been solved that weren't.

Pros

If you're looking for a restaurant job that isn’t too hectic, this is a solid option. My location isn’t super busy, so the pace is pretty chill. The food is mediocre, but people keep coming back for the steak. The best part? We get auto gratuity on every table, plus extra for holidays and big parties, which makes working those shifts actually worth it. Overall, not a bad gig
