      Coworkers are friendly, and they care about each other like family Management is easy to approach, and their open door policy is upheld Training is extensive and they set you up to succeed

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind, this has been my favorite workplace

      compensation is ok. They try to make it fun, but everyone see's thru the facade.
