      Good base salary and benefits.

      Cons

      poor owner ship and the buddy system in full effect watch out for. The owner and there non compliant ways everyone works on different rules . Oh and the R&D guy what a joke for a prod to be made in the USA. All they want is your contacts and accounts you know to pass on down the line.

      Ok insurance and holidays off.. friendly shop employees

      Cons

      Poor management and ownership. Low pay and no room to grow. Poor and old equipment. Empty promises from management to upgrade. Refuses to promote from within.
