Few colleagues that are supposed to teach you will keep telling you she's busy and just throw you stuff to do without instructions. Also blindly loyal to the director, constantly boosting his ego even though he's just boasting aimlessly. Director will throw you task in a general manner and when you get back to him, instead of looking at the results, he focuses on the appearance of the work and criticize on it. Even if you try to tell him that he should have given you direct instructions, he will get frustrated and ask you to learn to accept criticisms.
