You should always be doing your life's work regardless. - Cult-like atmosphere; hours can vary but more often then not people spend 10-12 hours per day in the office - "Unlimited" vacation is a misnomer. It still needs to be approved and rarely does anything above a week get approved. Unlimited vacation is simply a way for them to not pay unused vacation days when you are laid off. - Vista Equity Partners - Since the acquisition, the company has gone into cash-hoarding mode, laying dozens of employees off at a time in order to pad the wallets of their acquirers as well as the exec team.
