Pros
Open door policy. Ideas are welcome. Flexibility. Good group of employees. Good space to be in. Strong attempts are made to make it a fun place to work.
Cons
Multiple infrastructure failures due to systems at end of life and incompetence. Try to be all things to all people (customers) and thus are not subject matter experts in any one thing. Try to get by on the cheap with employees and everything else.
