Pros

It's easy to isolate pros as there are not many. Hats off to the engineering for their ability to quickly turn around complex problems with truly innovative fixes. They depict agile cycles at it's best.

Cons

In midst of a booming start up marketplace, in the heart of SOMA, this place is a mom and pop shop. While the concepts and usp's are apt and it could solve some of the deepest problems in the data warehouse space, It's getting under played by poor management decisions. False hopes, unrealistic expectations are a just a few norms among several others that prevail.

Pros

Technology is terrific. I really believe in the product and people, and what we have set to do. - Strong engineering and customer success teams. - Partnership with hyperscalers - Partnership with key SIs - Ability to solve the hardest enterprise challenges: Security, Migration, Change Management - Management sees the challenges and helps to address these

Cons

Reminding customers code translation is not easy - it has been around for years, but doesn't work at scale. We hear from customers that Datometry is "too good to be true". Yes, we solved a hard problem, elegantly, and are working to get it into the hands of all. In short, this is not a con. I love educating customers and partners.

Pros

Smart and helpful team. They will go out of their way to make sure you understand how things work and get you ramped up fast that translates into lots of opportunities to contribute and have great impact. Also, the problems to be solved are not trivial and the openness of the team allows a fair exchange of ideas. The company culture is also amazing, everyone is synced not only the engineering team. This environment makes it even more exciting since you see a direct line of impact from development. Company also provides catered lunches and a break room with snacks, catering is open for suggestions if there is something special you would like others to try. Every one is kept in the loop as what is goin on in company wide through status updates both via email and in-person over lunch.

Cons

Deadlines can be challenging, but team work is there to help. So teamwork is essential to succeed.
