Cons
In a rapid environment, there's a risk of whip-lash; the thing you were working on for 6 months could be thrown out a moment's notice - and you'll need to switch gears to a new endeavor. (That's also exciting, though!) As a young company, there are a lot of growing pains the company is working through, but no more than what would be expected from a company of it's size/age.
