You are under paid, you work as a developer doing the work of BA, DBA, Developer, Solutions Architect. Working here is 24/7
on call, stressed even tho you get a call at 2-3am and working for hours you gotta be there at the office at 8am. Company waits until the last weeks of a contract to implement a project and expect you to magically get 6+ months worth of planning done in a week or two. Company does not care about the workers and how they should be compensated by the job market and experience. They just give you christmas bonus as a minor compensation while the managers drive cars worth 5x times your salary.
