Pros
The company is really good about getting employee's the training needed to advance. It's a small company, but they are very experienced in Cyber Security and the Cloud within the Federal sector.
Cons
They have 401(k), Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, and Paid Time-off, etc. The Medical is expensive, but that might just be the way it is nowadays. The Medical is good when I needed it, it's through Aetna.
