Pros
Senior level management cares about the employees. If a contract is ending, they’ll find ways to place you elsewhere so you don’t get laid off. If there’s a problem, senior management will listen and take suggestions. The atmosphere is very inviting and family-like.
Cons
-Advancement is difficult. -You’re expected to wear multiple hats and do more than what you’re hired for. -No solid structure, prcesses or procedures.
