      Pros

      I Loved working from Home.

      Cons

      Being yelled at on daily basis from doctors and medical providers all because ignorant others on team in other states constantly made big mistakes. I was congratulated that I had made top 10% after 6 months with company but told I would not get any financial reward/raise because it was not fair I was already making hourly wage above others on team in other states.

      With a fast growing large company it can be hard find the right people you need when getting something done. Normal growing pains

      Pros

      Remote work for the most part. Will have to visit sites at times but not daily unless you're experiencing staffing shortages.

      Cons

      Very unorganized company. No leadership support. Low pay, high stress. Many leaders at the Director and VP level will step in and cause chaos vs support.
