Extremely toxic culture that is focused on money, completing a transaction of going public or selling, without care of what it does to the actual business operations and people. So many good people leave. If you speak up, even with data and alternate ideas, you are then deemed to be negative or not a right fit for the fast moving culture. People are assessed by perceptions, regardless of actual facts.
