      schedule inconsistency, scheduled hours vary week to week. Recruiter says you have to be available for 3 consecutives days; however, once hired your scheduled any day of the week.

      Supervisor and the people I work with are wonderful. Offers a flex schedule.

      Cons

      Pay raise is barely anything that sometimes it feels like new people are getting paid more than current employees for the same job which I find unfair.
