Pros
There is a strong emphasis on helping employees to develop, learn, and grow at Datatron! Everyone at Datatron is really nice, super helpful, and are hard-workers. The management does a good job of acknowledging and rewarding quality work. This company is a startup and has a great product that seems to have a promising outlook.
Cons
This is a small, but growing company. As a result, there is a lot of intermixing between roles. So if you like working on a variety of tasks this could be a pro (this was actually more of a pro for me because it allowed me to learn so much), but at times there can be a tendency to be stretched thin.
