Pros
No pros at all. These ppl don't know how to value their employees.
Cons
1) The strength of the board of directors is far far more than the no. of employees. So they lack a proper goal. 2) Salary does not get credited on time usually....you have to wait for months sometimes. 3) Their tech-stack is outdated
