My department director is the best i ever experienced with. As long as you get the job done. Less pressure.
Cons
The company top management is keep changing, policy change, benefits change, dont care about staffs, and always makes things worse. Promotions? Unless u have families or friend of the BOD, or top management, then u are dreaming of it.
