Not too many options to work your way up.

Strong executive leadership team. Managers who genuinely care for and push for your career growth and potential to be fulfilled.

No complaints thus far. Perhaps wish there was more alignment across Datasite's portfolio companies. Not much day-to-day collaboration or social connection between portco employees.
